Closed-Caption Accessibility Guidance
Closed captions can improve accessibility and help viewers follow dialogue in different listening environments. Menu names vary by device and application, so use the current documentation from your device or application publisher.
Use only applications, accounts and content that you are authorised to use. IPTV Harmony does not grant rights to third-party works, applications or regional services. Do not use a tool to bypass rights, platform controls or laws.
Check accessibility settings
Look for Caption, Subtitles or Accessibility in the current playback or device settings. Select an available language and adjust display preferences only where the publisher supports them.
Keep software current
Use official device stores and the publisher's support resources for installation, updates and troubleshooting. Keep device accessibility settings up to date.
Ask the right support team
If captions are unavailable or out of sync, contact the application publisher or the rights-authorised provider for help with that specific service.
