Our response

We review sufficiently detailed notices and may remove or disable access to identified material, preserve relevant records, notify the affected party, or take other appropriate action. Incomplete notices may require clarification.

Counter-notices

If material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, the affected party may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material, explaining the basis for restoration, providing reliable contact information, and including all statements required by applicable law. Seek independent legal advice before submitting a notice or counter-notice.

Repeat infringement and abuse

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated or serious infringement. Knowingly submitting false or misleading claims may create legal liability.
