Agreement

These terms govern your use of the IPTV Harmony website, trials, subscriptions, support, and reseller services. By ordering or using a service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use, Privacy, Refund, and Copyright policies.

Service and availability

Plans provide time-limited account access and setup support for compatible devices and players. Availability, categories, picture quality, and performance can vary by plan, location, device, network conditions, provider availability, and applicable rights. We do not guarantee access to any specific third-party channel, program, film, event, brand, or application.

Lawful and authorized use

You must use the service only for lawful personal or authorized business purposes. You may not infringe intellectual-property rights, redistribute or restream content without permission, share credentials beyond your plan limits, bypass technical controls, abuse payment systems, or interfere with the service.

Orders, activation, and payments

You are responsible for accurate order information and for following the payment instructions shown at checkout or sent by verified support. Manual payments are not complete until confirmed. Activation times are estimates and can be delayed by verification, maintenance, demand, or technical issues.

Devices and third-party applications

Third-party players, app stores, payment services, and device manufacturers operate under their own terms. References to them are for compatibility or instructional purposes and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Resellers

Reseller access requires approval and compliance with the reseller agreement. Resellers are responsible for lawful advertising, customer service, taxes, refunds, privacy, and intellectual-property compliance. No revenue, margin, or profit is guaranteed.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, chargeback abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, repeated copyright complaints, unauthorized redistribution, or material breach of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for outages or changes controlled by internet providers, devices, app developers, payment processors, or other third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
