GENERAL
IPTV subscriptions provided by IPTVHARMONY are for one device per connection only.
Any attempt to use multiple devices simultaneously with a single subscription may lead to immediate suspension or cancellation of the service without notice or refund.
Freezing, buffering, and temporary interruptions may occur on any IPTV system due to the nature of internet-based streaming. These issues are often caused by network congestion, ISP interference, or third-party servers and are not grounds for a refund.
Channel lists, VOD content, and server access may be updated, replaced, or removed without prior notice. We are constantly working to maintain stable and high-quality service, but occasional disruptions may occur due to server maintenance or upgrades—these can happen at any time without prior notice.
Upon successful payment, login credentials (username and password) for IPTV access will be delivered to your registered email within 1 business day.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
Understand how IPTV works.
Use compatible devices or apps.
Maintain stable internet (minimum 15 Mbps recommended for HD streaming).
SUBSCRIPTIONS
IPTVHARMONY guarantees that each subscription will remain active for the purchased duration. If any issues arise related to server or content access, our support team is available to assist.
We do not sell IPTV boxes or physical devices. Customers are responsible for using their own compatible devices or apps to access the service.
If you wish to change your subscription plan (e.g., add time, add multi-connection, or upgrade) after purchase, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll be happy to assist.
SERVICE CANCELLATION
You may cancel or let your subscription expire naturally at any time — no prior notice or fee is required.
If you choose to pause your subscription, it will automatically terminate at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not freeze or defer active subscription days unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
LIMITATIONS & DISCLAIMERS
IPTVHARMONY is not liable for app-related issues or device compatibility problems. If the service does not work on a particular app, this is not grounds for refund.
We always offer technical alternatives (such as rerouted access, different servers, or formats) when issues arise, especially due to ISP blocking or geo-restrictions.
IPTVHARMONY does not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, VOD content, or feature.
FRAUD & ABUSE
Any abuse of service, including:
Sharing your account
Reselling without approval
Using VPN to bypass geo-limits improperly
Attempting to reverse engineer our platform
… may result in immediate termination without refund and blacklisting from future services.
